Description
Three Byzantine paterae of Greek marble, dimensions 25 cm.
- Upper patera show two hares or rabbits back to back, and face to face.
- Below to the right, an eagle grabs a fish by the tail.
- Below to the left, an eagle on top of another bird, picking at its head.
They appear together with Cross – Campo San Daniel.
The paterae are just inside the gate of a military barracks, but it can be seen through the gate.
